A journalist participates in a research
study at a secluded medical facility that yields terrifying results.
Katie (Nia Roberts) is penning an article entitled "The Last Resort"
when she agrees to become a test subject for an experimental drug called
"Pro-9". As she and a small group of strangers begin to experience some
of the unproven pharmaceutical's more disturbing side effects, however,
the atmosphere in the research center turns unusually tense. Before
long all hell has broken loose, and the terrified test subjects realize
